Group Sales
Interested in bringing your group to an event at the Tennessee Theatre? Our Box Office can help with group seating, and group discounts are offered on select shows. Group sales are generally reserved for groups of 10 or more.
For group reservations, please complete the form below. Please note that a 25% deposit is required to reserve your seats once availability is confirmed. Group Sales will be handled on a first-come, first-served basis. Please begin the process by completing the online form below. You will be contacted in the order in which your request is received. Please note that tickets are subject to availability and seating assignments will be at the discretion of the Group Sales Coordinator, based on the information provided in your Group Sales Form. How many tickets need to be ordered to receive a group discount?
Group minimums vary per show. 10 is our standard, but some shows require additional quantities. Please see the information on each show for more information.
How do I request information about group pricing?

Can you adjust group size?
You can adjust your order and drop seats before you make your final payment. Not sure of your final numbers? Reserve a few more than you think you might need, and you can drop seats later. Have a last-minute addition to your group? Give us a call and we can add on seats for your order (subject to availability). If something isn’t available right next to your group, we will find seats nearby.
Is there a deposit required to reserve group sales tickets?
There is a 25% deposit due at the time we hold your groups seats.
What do I do once I receive my group tickets invoice?
If you need to make any corrections to your invoice, please do so within 48 hours. You will need to pay your deposit of 25% within 10 days of receiving the invoice.
When is payment due in full?
Payment is due in full one month prior to the date of the show. Payments in full may become due in full prior to that date if the show is selling out. We will contact your group directly with that information.
When/how will I receive the tickets for my group?
Tickets can be mailed upon request. Tickets will be at will call the night of the show or they can be picked up in advance at our Box Office on Clinch Ave. Hours are Monday through Friday from 10am to 3pm.
When does my group need to arrive at the performance?
Plan to arrive no later than 30 minutes prior to the start of the show. The performances begin promptly at the time listed on the tickets: groups arriving late will be seated at an appropriate time after the start of the show.
Is accessible or special needs seating available?
Yes, special needs seating is available. Please let us know when you fill out our form and if we have further questions, we will contact you. You can also call us at 865.684.1200 x149.
Keep in mind, because we want to make sure our patrons get the absolute best prices, we do reserve the right to refuse sale to anyone we think is a third-party vendor, scalper, or ticket broker.
