The term “Personally Identifiable Information” (“PII”) refers to personally identifiable information about you, such as your name, birth date, credit card number, e-mail address or mailing address, and any other information that is identified with you personally, including your individual health information. Other than cookies, as described below, the only PII we currently collect through this Site is the information you voluntarily give us when you use the Site. By providing such information to such parties, you consent to their use of such information to provide such tickets, and hereby release us, and AC Entertainment (“ACE”), and our respective parents, members, subsidiaries, officers, and directors from any liability with respect to such information collected by third parties.

For example, we may collect or use a third party’s data from information you post in a public space on a Site or on a third-party web or social media site.

Subject to the terms and conditions of their privacy policies, we may collect PII or Non-PII from Affiliated Parties (as defined below).

We may collect or use a third party’s information about events you like or products you buy. We might collect this as part of a survey, for example.

Information collected through the Site includes any information identified in this policy that may be collected through the Site, in the forms of both GPS data and/or beacon transmitter data, (if enabled on your mobile device). 

“Non-Personally Identifiable Information” (or “Non-PII”) is aggregated information, demographic information, IP addresses and any other information that does not reveal your specific identity. In addition to the information you provide when you use the Site, we use technology to collect anonymous information about the use of the Site. For example, we use technology to track how many visitors access the Site, the date and time of their visit, the length of their stay, and which pages they viewed. We also use technology to determine which web browsers visitors use and the address from which they accessed the Site (for example, if they connected to the Site by clicking on a banner ad).

This technology does not identify you personally. It simply enables us to compile statistics about visitors and their use of the Site. Further, third parties or vendors may aggregate data they collect from us with other data about you and you hereby release us and ACE, and our respective parents, subsidiaries, members, and their officers, directors, and employees from any liability with respect to such information collected or aggregated by third parties. Further, we may aggregate data across our Site.

For example, we might use your information to confirm your registration for an event or contest. If you give us your friend’s information, we will only use it to provide services you requested.

We might use your information to customize your experience with us or the entity for which we provide services. This could include displaying content based upon your preferences.

We may use your information to make the Site and products better. We may combine information we get from you with information about you we get from third parties and affiliates.

We may use information to protect our company, our clients, or the Site.

When you submit data to the Site, you consent to allow us to provide your PII and Non-PII to these Affiliated Parties and their contractors. Affiliated Parties will be provided with only the information necessary to perform their role in bringing you events. We will take reasonable steps to ensure that these Affiliated Parties treat PII in a manner comparable to how we do so but we are not obligated to do so. These Affiliated Parties may also have their own privacy policies. We encourage you to familiarize yourself with the terms of these policies. 

For example, we share information with vendors who help us manage our online registration process or who fulfill your purchases. Some vendors may be located outside of the United States.

This may include a third party who provides or sponsors an event or content on our site, or who operates a venue where we hold or manage events, or who owns or operates a venue or produces and/or promotes events themselves and for whom we provides services (which may include managing their website). To understand how our partners use the information we give them, you should read their polices or contact them to learn how they treat your information.

For example, we will share information to respond to a court order or subpoena. We may also share it if a government agency or investigatory body requests the information. Or, we might share information when we are investigating potential fraud.

We may use this information to contact you in the future to tell you about events or opportunities we believe will be of interest to you. If we do so, each communication we send you will contain instructions permitting you to “unsubscribe’ from receiving future communications.

Similarly, we may provide “subscription” e-mail services, either directly or through affiliates,which enable you to receive current news and updates about our events. For all such services, we will provide an opportunity to “unsubscribe” from, or cancel, the subscription.

To modify or delete information you gave us, please email us or mail below. We make changes as soon as we can. This information may stay in backup files. If we cannot make the changes you want, we will let you know and explain why. If you contact us requesting access to your information, we will respond within 30 days. You can set your browser to notify you when you receive a cookie. This enables you to decide if you want to accept it or not and whether you are required to accept the cookie to view certain content.
